mcalib is available on SourceForge, but there isn’t real evidence of people getting it working. One common problem mentioned is a dependency called ‘ccmath’, which many have had trouble getting to compile especially on 64-bit Ubuntu systems.

Maybe. There is a tools listed in SourceForge, but it hasn't been updated since July of 2007. There are mentions of that tool in various forums as well, but many claim they have not tried to use that software with the calibration tool.

Woots! for Linux?

Not sure. It connects to your computer as a USB audio device. It's unclear if it is supported by a Linux module or not. On the other hand, the "expert" software (Audacity) included with the turntable is available as free software for Linux.
